What we do | SOCIAL HOUSING

Our housing schemes for social landlords include new build, rehabilitation and conversion, temporary housing and sheltered housing for the elderly. Our consultation skills have played a crucial part when we’ve carried out stock improvements for housing associations. On a scheme of 100 flats for the Orthodox Jewish community in Stamford Hill, we consulted each household, designed kosher kitchens and made sure that the contractors stopped work on the Sabbath and religious holidays.
